Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with 2202.Outfitters. Because we release our pieces in small, curated drops, please read the following shipping information carefully.


**Order Processing**

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 AM CT, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.


**Shipping Rates & Delivery Times**

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.

- Standard Shipping: $10, estimated 3–7 business days

- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $90


Delivery estimates begin once your order ships, not when it is placed.


**Order Tracking**

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.


**Shipping Delays**

Occasionally delays happen due to high drop volume, carrier issues, or weather. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.


**Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages**

2202.Outfitters are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address provided. If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days at 2202outfitters@gmail.com with photos and your order number.


**Incorrect Addresses**

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot an error, email us immediately and we'll try to fix it before the order ships.


**International Shipping**

We currently ship within the United States only.
